One of Kimberly’s signature techniques for coaching groups and workshops is The Five-Minute Life Makeover.   

Here's how it works: Someone from the audience volunteers to work on a concern or an issue where s/he feels stuck. Kimberly asks him or her a series of questions, and almost immediately pinpoints a key limiting belief.  

In a gentle yet powerful fashion, Kimberly allows the participant to become aware of how the belief holds them back, and how simple it can be to move forward.  

Together, Kimberly and the audience member agree upon a concrete step to anchor the awareness and create a new way of being in the world.  Total elapsed time: less than five minutes.  Total number of people transformed: the entire audience.
