Here's how it works: Someone from the audience gets a chance to have Kimberly work on a concern or an issue where s/he feels stuck. Kimberly asks him/her a series of questions, and almost immediately pinpoints a key limiting belief that's keeping the participant from moving forward.
In as gentle a fashion as possible, she shares her discovery with the participant, and they figure out one or two steps the participant can do to keep that limiting belief from taking hold, should it ever come back. Total elapsed time: less than five minutes. And, months to years later, depending on their follow-through, participants find they've also blown completely past several other limitations they may have thought they had to deal with. Their lives are markedly different. Markedly better.
Sometimes, of course, the questions don't pinpoint a limiting belief so much as they uncover a hidden strength. Then Kimberly and the participant's planned action steps the participant will develop the strength.A couple things about the Five-Minute Performance Makeover:
