Therefore I’ve decided not to accept any new individual counseling or coaching clients in 2008. Instead, I’m keeping space to work with a very select group of individuals who are ready to ignite the fire of their souls and reveal the rare, raw beauty inside—women who want to dance full-on with Life.
Perhaps I’ve scared you a little (I do that sometimes).

Even the most intelligent, versatile, creative people can get so immersed in the day-to-day of their lives that they get in the way of their own success and joy. The Life Transformation Coaching Program is a One-Year Commitment.
Why One Year? Why did I set this up as a year-long commitment rather than just allowing you to set up appointments as needed?
Because I know how busy-ness can get in the way of your commitment to yourself.
Because I understand how uncomfortable it can get when you’re just about ready to make a big breakthrough—and that’s when many clients “take a break.” I think you’re ready for something more. I believe that you are ready to dedicate yourself to a year that will change your life forever.
What You Receive As A Life Transformation Coaching Client:
We will spend one full 8 hour day together (plus lunch on me) to jump start your program. (Or you may opt to split the 8 hours into 2 one-half day sessions). Your jump start session will include:
Ø Tarot work to determine what archetypal energies are most available to you at this time and how to best utilize them for your forward movement.
Ø Synergia energetic healing to raise your vibrational frequency, clear energetic obstacles as we uncover them, dispel limiting beliefs and more.
Ø Creative mind-play and goal setting to focus the first few months of your year. You’ll learn how to ignore the critical voice that gets in the way of your creative processing and how to do “vibrational” goal setting so that you recognize the answers to your heart’s desire when they arrive (they may not look like what you expect—they will be even better!)
Ø Meditation training so you can learn a simple, effective, totally “do-able” techniques that will easily fit into your life and help you move into the Gap between thoughts where conscious manifestation happens.
Ø Body awareness work allowing you to tune into your physical needs and build a new relationship with your body that supports you in peak health and energy.

Ø Exploration of the assumptions, beliefs, attitudes and world-views that our shaping your reality so you can make some conscious decisions about which ones serve you and which you’d like to replace as you move forward.
II. 3 small
group meetings with me and other Life Transformation members.
At
these sacred gatherings you’ll have an opportunity to meet other
women who are committing to the transformational process. We will: Ø share goals and insights;
Ø make a commitment to support each other’s visions for expansion;
Ø participate in experiential exercises for enhancing creativity and releasing limiting beliefs;
Ø engage in creative rituals designed to honor our authentic selves and give wings to our dreams.
Each of the 2 ½ hour meetings will take place at my Town & Country office on mutually agreeable Friday mornings followed by lunch (on me) at the Ladies of Lucerne Tea Room. Networking and socializing with other members between meetings is highly encouraged!
III. Two private coaching sessions per month with me
You will receive two 50 minute sessions of one-on-one coaching with me every month, either at my office or on the phone (your choice).
During these sessions I will draw upon many different tools to create a transformational experience totally customized to your needs. Any particular session might include:
Ø Training in how to use the Manifestation Matrix™ to clear your energetic field, focus your mind, raise your vibration and manifest more consciously;
Ø Experiential exercises to offer you insight and enhance your consciousness.
Ø Corrections to raise the vibrational frequency of your energetic field and clear limiting beliefs around wealth, success, giving, receiving, thriving, intimacy, health and other issues related to abundance.
Ø Visioning—learn the difference between visualizing (which is often ineffective because it may come from other people’s expectations or what you think you “should” be doing) and visioning (which arises when you run the vibrational frequency of your desires through your connection to the Source and your third eye).
Ø Goal-setting –rather than focusing exclusively on your “left brain” goals, you will learn how to do vibrational goal setting, which helps you to recognize energetic matches to your hearts desire in your environment.
Ø Innovative strategies for prioritizing your time and implementing the tasks that will actually bring you closer to your goals.
And, if your 2008 goals include business/career changes, we will also explore:
Ø How to make more money while working less and increasing your enjoyment of your work.
Ø Hands-on suggestions for marketing and streamlining your business to make it more profitable.
Ø Career/Business Brainstorming—this is not the garden variety skill/interest inventory that you will find in most career coaching; rather, we will be looking outside of traditional “jobs” to creative ways to earn money with what you know and enjoy.
Our private sessions will provide you with a safe place to explore your wildest dreams and push yourself to see just how expansive you can get, without worrying about being criticized, patronized, doubted or judged. What you WILL get is an unbeatable combination of energetic and creative support to expand COMBINED with practical, tangible tools to realize your dreams.
I will also offer you accountability, gently and firmly challenging you to follow through on your commitments to yourself and I will be there to give you the little push you need when getting bigger than you thought you could feels strange or frightening. Knowing that you will be reporting your goals and progress at each session will give you a powerful incentive to make your dreams a priority and take action to bring them closer.
III. Direct Access to me via Phone & Email (using my private email address & mobile phone)
You are welcome to call me with your questions. I’ve never had this privilege abused and thus, I am willing to make it available. If you have a pressing question outside of our one-on-one coaching just pick up the phone and call me.
IV. 6 month review Day Another 8 hour day with me, at my office (or at your home, if you prefer and if you are willing to remove all distractions to our process). We will repeat some of the activities from the jump start day and take stock of your progress, tweak what needs tweaking to ensure that you are on the path to reach your goals for the year. You also have the option to break this into 2 ½ days. Either way, lunch is on me!
V. Year End Review This is the first day of the rest of your life! At the end of your transformational year, we will spend another full day together to celebrate how far you have come and look ahead, reinforcing your new life choices and giving you the tools you need to continue your expansion on your own.
